employees of Ohio Job and Family Services moved into their new 145,000
SQ. FT. facility in the spring of 2002. McKeever & Niekamp installed
a complete electrical system which included over 2800 amps of cubicle
power and 100,000 SQ. FT. of indirect open ceiling lighting. This facility includes a 800 amps 480 volts Liebert system with generator back up. The Liebert unit installed serves a 10,000 SQ. FT. information tech room. This project is yet another example of a fast track design build project, completed by McKeever & Niekamp. The entire space was renovated from an empty concrete warehouse to fully operational in 12 weeks. |
